Individual Coaching-
Lifestyle Re-creation Session-to uncover your wellness vision, set up actions, and
start you toward your best health and wellbeing. 90 minute session- $110
Wellness Kick-Start Package- 1 Lifestyle Recharge Session and 3 standard (45
minute) sessions to get you on your way! $275
Wellness Acceleration Package- 12 sessions of coaching (3 months) to have you
practicing and achieving your healthy lifestyle $700
Wellness Maximizer Package- 24 sessions of coaching (6 months) to reinforce the
new habits and have you confidently practicing your best health! $1350
Group Coaching-
Healthy Living Support Groups-
Learn what wellness means to you and how to sustain the lifestyle changes you want
to make. Groups meet monthly in Westminster or Boulder. You receive coaching
support in a group setting while learning about relevant wellness topics (and how
they apply to you) as well as how to achieve your goals. Free email access for
coaching support included. $16/session or 6 for $80
Fitness Training-
On site- At your location (Longmont to Golden, Nederland to west Denver)
Intake/Assessment- $110
4-session package- $250
8-session package- $480
