Explore life themes such as awareness, curiosity, trust and change, in
this on-going series of outdoor adventures. Discover how nature can
enhance life and learn how to apply these self-discoveries to your life.
Be guided on this journey of self-discovery in some of the most
beautiful locations in our region. Explore all themes or just a few.
Spring Stress Reduction- A 5-session series, you will learn what stress
is doing to your body and mind, and learn/practice a multitude of
techniques to help you reduce your stress. You will receive coaching to
assist in applying these tools on a daily basis so you can lead a healthier
and more enjoyable life.
Wellness Coaching-
Wellness coaching is as simple as a phone call away. Are
you wanting straight forward help in making positive,
healthy, and sustainable changes?
Coaching Packages can be formulated to suit your needs. Choose between monthly
and yearly packages, individual re-chargers, or wellness assessments. Customized to
support you in practicing and mastering your healthy lifestyle. Individual wellness
vision sessions available.

We meet monthly at various locations along the Front Range to partake in sunset &
moon-rise, while relaxing and enjoying good company.
Bi-Monthly ~ 3rd Saturdays and last Mondays each month, June - September
June ~ Saturday Session - June 18th, 8:30am – 10:30am Monday Session - June 27th, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
July ~ Saturday Session - July 16th, 8:30am – 10:30am Monday Session - July 25th, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Locations vary along Front Range, Boulder, JeffCo and Gilpin Counties. Limited space. Email for details, information or to RSVP.
