We meet monthly at various locations along the Front Range to partake in
the sunset & moon-rise, while enjoying good company and relaxation.

locations.  Learn how to move your body outside of 4 walls while improving your
physical fitness in group classes.  Nature explorations also available.

One on One Coaching-
Basic individual coaching is as simple as a phone call away.  If you want straight forward
direct coaching in making positive, healthy, sustainable changes, this is for you!

Packages can be formulated to suit your needs.  1-month, 3-month or 6-month packages
are designed to support you in practicing and mastering your healthy lifestyle.
