What is fitness training with Wellness in Balance?
Fitness training focuses on the physical aspect of your health.  Wellness in
Balance offers fitness training as a way to teach you the proper exercises and
mechanics so you can reach your desired fitness goals
safely and effectively in
any environment. Y
ou can learn techniques and develop a fitness program.  This
differs from w
ellness coaching which focuses on your life from a more holistic
position
(coaching will exercise your mind!).  

Learn how to move your body in a way best for  you, so that you can continue to
improve your health and longevity in a way you enjoy!  Do you want to exercise
in the comfort of your home?  Do you want to get outside?  Do you want to
strengthen or reduce health risk, yet have fun doing it?

I offer fitness training in combination with wellness coaching to help you
maximize the physical aspect of wellness and help you safely achieve your
fitness goals.  This is a perfect opportunity for those new to exercise, bored with
your existing routine or wanting to try something new.
Why keep active?  Exercise facts-
•  Moderate exercise for 30 minutes most days of the week can significantly
reduce your risk of conditions such as stroke, diabetes, heart disease, high blood
pressure, and the list goes on!
