What is fitness training?
There is a difference between fitness training and wellness coaching. Fitness
training focuses on the physical aspect of your health (training will exercise your
body- learn technique and a fitness program). Wellness coaching focuses on
your life from a more holistic position, including the mental and spiritual aspects
(coaching will exercise your mind).
Wellness in Balance offers fitness training as a way to teach you the proper
exercises and mechanics so you can reach your desired fitness goals safely and
effectively in any environment. Programs are offered to show you how to move
your body in a way that suits you, where you want to be. Do you want to
exercise in the comfort of your home? Do you want to learn a full body workout
outside? Do you want to strengthen or reduce health risk, yet have fun doing it?
I offer fitness training in combination with wellness coaching to help you
maximize the physical aspect of wellness and help you safely achieve your
fitness goals. This is a perfect opportunity for those new to exercise, bored with
your existing routine or wanting a new routine.
